Ours usually come out of the woodwork when the county fair is going on in August...... Tractor pull, demolition derby, etc. lol.

Funny you should say that. Their is an Irish parade in an old river city near me. It will have some of the strangest people in attendance. This city used to lay claim to most bars/pubs per square mile in the US.

This county used to be redneck central, but as I said, most have moved further south. We used to have a race track too. That closed when they built a housing development next door and the residents complained about the noise. Lol.

So they bought a house in that development and didn't see the race track. That's like the people that by a house by the interstate then want the state to put up a sound barrier.
