You haven't been here long enough.. I gear more bad things from the management than I do from my fellow drivers.

It's all about your perspective. I watched my parents in the corporate world. Rarely home together, in at 7 out at 7, cutting out in the middle of vacations, missing birthdays, anniversaries, holidays. My stepdad's mom had cancer and took a turn when he was in Korea. Flew home to say goodbye and attend the funeral. 2 days later was on a plane to Taipei.

At UPS I'm home every night, I make good money for a 24 year old guy, the environment is tough, but it's all how you take it. There are elements I don't like. But that's why I work my butt off, so eventually I can be at a position where I could possibly make a difference.
