They walk allllll over the newer drivers in our building .....it's a shame ....I point things out to them but the fear keeps them down

I really want to I feel like ours doesn't care about us guys who have made it clear we want to stick around just a weak center locale in general I've met stewards from surrounding areas who are mighty helpful though

You get your contract book down and people see you out there they will most definitely vote you in.
