Every neighborhood has one. Mine is the little old lady across the street. She's literally in her 80's a tiny little thing. Sweeps everyday, vacuums her rocks with a shop vac. Does all the mowing and everything. Cleans the gutters even. I always offer to help with that, I'm afraid she's going to break a damn hip!
