By your post, there is no answer to your question. How can one give you an answer when you have clearly decided to reject reality. Here’s a hint. Your answer will stare you in the face when you look in the mirror.
He got a lower percentage of the vote in 25 states. The only place he increased the vote over Romney, was in deep red states, where Republicans always win.

Is this what you hang your hat on? This stat has zero to do with anything. So you want to discount that trump got more votes than Romney in 38 states? Now add in your 25. That’s 63 states now. Where are these other 13 states you speak of? I applaud you. You are the reason trump will
Win again.

A. Trump didn’t win because he was popular or his programs were popular.

B. Trump didn’t win because the public wanted more conservative policies like Trump offered. He won because the public wanted more liberal policies like Jill Stein was offering.

C. The big mistake Democrats in those states( Mi, Wi, and Pa) made, was to assume that Hillary was going to win, so they could safely vote for a third party candidate.

D. This scenario is unlikely to happen again in the future. None of the voters who switched are ever going to assume that their states are safe Democratic-states and vote for a third-party candidate as a protest.

Trump won because the Democrats ran an awful candidate against him.

History is repeating itself.
Not only did Trump receive a lower percentage of the vote than Romney in Wisconsin, he actually received fewer votes than Romney, so he didn't win because he gained any votes:

Trump 1,405,284
Romney 1,407,966

On the other hand, if you look at the votes for Jill Stein in Wisconsin, they increased by more than 4-times:

2012 = 7,665
2016 = 31,072

Do you even read your BS before typing? You speak of the same scenario we heard in 2016.
