AT&T is the worst of the worst. No company's customer service can piss me off like they can. And everything they touch dies. As a former customer it was sad to see them take DirecTV right over a cliff.

It's ironic that AT&T took over Direct TV but now with my new upgraded Direct TV Genie DVR it don't allow caller ID. I called the rep and let them know how disappointed we were and told her it would be nice if that would have been mentioned when I asked if the new DVR was any different than the old one. With the new one you can record 8 different programs at once compared to only 5 with the old unit. The trouble is there isn't 8 channels worth watching in their whole lineup.
