Just another among many examples of shootings and assaults involving bottom feeder level law enforcement. Megalomaniac constables, town cops , southern state deputy sheriffs whose only qualification is that they can show you were where their granddaddy's are buried. Hardly day goes by when there isn't some type of incident involving Barney Fife level law enforcement.
