Don't forget about going out and spying on drivers, and when you don't catch them doing anything wrong you make something up.

I know of 2 times I was spied on, because they came up to me while still on the road and to,d me they saw me not grab the handrail, and not honk my horn. They were completely full of doo doo both times. When I was called into the office the following morning I stood my ground that they were lying and both times they dropped it.
