But what if one guy said "if I were president I wouldn't have time to golf, I would be too busy doing the job of President" and then golfed twice as much and did so at his own resorts while billing the taxpayers nearly a million dollars for golf cart rentals for secret service. And then, when he wasn't golfing, worked about four hours a day.

Except your post is incorrect. Green energy did not cause this. Fossil fuel plants and nuclear plants failed at a higher rate and made up about 75% of the power supply.

This caused the other plants to overload from unprecedented demand and fail. Here's the thing. In other states wind farms put a solution on the wind turbines to keep them from freezing up. Texas wasn't doing that because they mistakenly believed that they were far enough south to not have to. They were wrong. Maybe Rachel Maddow isn't telling you the truth.
