I know that not all UPS centers run the same, however I recently applied for a Driver Helper position and got a call to come in for the orientation, you may remember when I posted here about a week ago.

Should I dress nice, or dress to work? How long will I be there? Also, what is the general time orientation starts? The lady hung up before I could register what time she said. If I remember correctly, I think she said 9:00 or 9:30. Not entirely sure.

Orientation is paid. He's been hired.

idk. might be different for driver helpers, but loaders/preloaders go to an orientation before they have their initial interview-- that's how it is where I work, at least. Orientation, interview, get called back to fill out some digital paperwork, start working the next week.
