All UPSers are effected one way or another by this issue and with all the current talk in Washington on taxes I thought I'd post this link on an idea I personally think should be discussed in Washington. Check it out and hope you find it informative whether you agree or not.

I think the best way is to make us write the check for the income tax instead of taking it out. Ought to do union dues that way too, but then membership would drop like a hot potato.
