Tennessee and other corporate welfare states have to take in corporate welfare companies that have to have rather than being able to compete in a truly fair and equal market environment special concessions and advantages both unfair and unique to their own individual troubled financial condition.

And even with extraordinary concessions and publicly funded competitive advantages Prime Weasel Air still can't keep up with the other horses in the race.
