Can't blame them for wanting to go to a state where they can line the pockets of shareholders with corporate welfare money.
Welfare money? Moving from Illinois with a 9.5% corporate income tax rate to Tennessee with no corporate income tax isn't taking welfare money. And the thousands of Tennessee citizens who ended up with better jobs than they would have had otherwise aren't complaining.

The lengths you guys will go through to justify your terrible policies.

Tennessee and other corporate welfare states have to take in corporate welfare companies that have to have rather than being able to compete in a truly fair and equal market environment special concessions and advantages both unfair and unique to their own individual troubled financial condition.

And even with extraordinary concessions and publicly funded competitive advantages Prime Weasel Air still can't keep up with the other horses in the race. And those "better jobs" you talk about doesn't matter if they're good or bad if they no longer there which looks to be the case with Prime Weasel Air .

The government not taking your money is "welfare".

The government giving you money when you pay effectively nothing in taxes is one of your "entitlements".

Kind of hard to believe they'd want to give up those high state rates, innit?
Just to use Right Wing hero Elon Musk as an example. He demonizes California, but he still took (and takes) the state tax breaks and incentives and manufactures his cars in the ex GM/Toyota NUMMI plant, which was essentially given to him.
Waaahhh, Big Bad California.

And the Foxconn/ Wisconsin debacle has to rank right up there with the biggest public deceptions of all time. Not to mention the 132 families that were forced out of their homes under the claim of eminent domain.

Trump's Golden Shovel of BS. Yep, we'll start assembling devices here in the US and pay 10X what they pay the 696 folks over in China. Makes perfect sense, if you're just telling a whopper to look good to your base.

Yep, “Creating” new jobs that are really just transferred old jobs isn’t job creation. Don’t forget to mention the new jobs in a RTW state pay significantly less than they did in a Blue state.

Either they give it to all....or they give it to none. It has little chance in court. Then again learning that Freddy The Weasel was going to farm a major share of his air freight out to third party cargo brokers no question that he could then cuff around the members of the scared of their own shadow Tennessee until he got what he wanted.
Pilots will strike.

Replace "Elon Musk" with you and "California" with "FedEx," and that's practically every post you've ever made here! WHATASURPRISE

You ask why someone like Elon demonizes California even though the state gives him tax breaks, I ask why California gives Elon tax breaks even though he calls out the state for being the disaster that it is. Here's how it works: he doesn't make the rules, he just plays by them.

There's a guy in a red state who got a new job from a blue state that pays better than what his old job pays and guys like you are jabbering about the most trifling of things.

It's intriguing to watch Blue state job logic play out. You guys sit there and let your states hemorrhage jobs left and right bEcAuSe Uv AhR PrInSaBulZ, we're racking up, and you guys think you're accomplishing something by refusing to be competitive as your tax base slowly erodes.

Yep. When a Blue state exports a $35 per hour job to a Red state that pays $15 per hour for that same job, it’s a Win/Win and Governor Haley, DeSantis or Huckleberry Sanders get to claim they created it.

Your big concern about thousands of blue state employees losing jobs to red states is that the red state governors might say they created those jobs.

I can't imagine being such so miserably partisan.
