A lot of the senior PT'ers don't want classified as FT because they make more PT then they would FT. But if you follow the posts, you will see what I was referring to.
I was told when a PTer goes to driving his pay doesn't go down, it just sits tight until the driver pay catches up to whatever he's making.
 
The senior PTers are making about the same hourly rate as drivers. And more then Art. 22.3. And have worked themselves into a cushy job. Why give all of this up to be abused everyday by going FT?

It's funny you mention this----we had a career PTer who would tell us that he was going to sign the next bid sheet but he never did. The guy made $35-40K PT and had no debt---why in the world would he want to go FT?

And that is only working 20 hours a week and some doubles during Christmas. With 7 weeks vacation and full benefits. Tell him to start doing Saturday Air and he can pick up another 5k to 10k a year.
