Hi, how much should I expect the part time pay to go up in 2023 with new contract?I started after 2018 so I’m not getting that dollar raise every year

Depends on a lot of things. UPS's economics in 2023, the strength of your teamster region and what rider you are under, the number of people who turn out to vote, etc...

My advice would be to not count on the raise, and then just stick whatever you end up getting into your 401k.

When you factor our benefits in, the compensation is actually quite reasonable.

I got dq On June 5th of last year, before that I did seasonal and before that I worked in the hub for 1 month
