I'll wait and see what happens locally/regionally. There is some language that could be changed that would make things. I'm just tired of getting 
on. Biggest issue that I have is that UPS is getting discount full time labor from the part timers in Anchorage with the amount of hours we work, and not only are we not getting our pay adjusted for the job that we are performing, which has a separate pay scale (full time), they tell us that we'll be fired under the Failure to Work as Directed clause if we leave before we're "allowed" (I'm talking like even after 7 hours, 9 hours some times. "Part-time"). Oh, and I was really just talking out my ass in regards to the grievance, I'm just pissed off. My bad. But if I had to guess, I'd probably go with the Bad Faith route.
