Part Time Supervisor Bonuses

I am a preloader of about 18 months. Our supervisor was hired shortly after I was and is curious as to whether they receive any kind of bonuses based on making his required numbers or not? He never really gets a good answer from our center manager about bonuses. I know that supervisors receive a half month bonus, but I'm not sure who those apply to. Any information I could pass on to him would be appreciated...

No bonuses period for Parttime Supervisors, no half month either for anyone in management. If he makes his numbers he is doing the job that he is paid for.
