here it is 10 minutes, break must always be after 2 hours minimum. A second break has been implemented early from the new contract but not always since it is only a LOU for the moment.
lunch after 8 hours, contract superceeds local law to take lunch after 6 hours.
As a result the normal day goes 2 - 4 - 2 for break - break - lunch. Most people get done before 8 hours.

ARTICLE 64 - BREAK PERIOD

There will be two (2) ten (10) minute break periods each workday, ten (10) minutes in the A.M. between the second (2nd) and third (3rd) hours and ten (10) minutes in the P.M. between the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) hours. Part-time employees working on a shift greater than six (6.0) hours or area practice will be eligible for a ten (10) minute break.

Here is the new language in the Central
ARTICLE 11-PART-TIME EMPLOYEES
Section 6
All part-time employees shall be given a paid break
of ten (10) minutes per shift or part-time operation.
Breaks shall not be scheduled prior to one (1) hour of
work being performed.
Part-time employees who work eight (8) hours or
more on a single shift shall be given an additional
paid break of ten (10) minutes.
