There comes a time when every part time UPS employee moves on, either they go full time for UPS, get grinded up by going supervisor, or moving on to another job. In my case im moving on to another job. That said, im about to give in my two weeks, however what happens with my sick pay which i have, option days, option week and vacation time? Does UPS "cash me out" or do i just forfeit them? thanks for any help ahead of time.
