Just curious, what about the new contract concerns you enough to where you might leave?

Mainly full time progression and local language in our local contract regarding 22.3 jobs. Raise amounts/insurance will play some part in my decision. I have another part time job that I could go full time at for the same amount I currently make at ups right now. Their insurance isn't quite as good as ours, but it is close. The hours are better and the job is easier on the body.

Why not continue to do both?

Work PT at UPS on the preload and FT at our other job.
