hello, i am trying to find a pay rate schedule. the schedule pay raises. i just want to find out when my next pay raise. i work at the entry level dock loader. thanks

Are you with UPS Freight? If not, your raises are on your anniversary--1 year, 2 years, etc. -Rocky

I have heard something about 'union rates' but I haven't seen anything in writing.

After 4 years, you receive the raises on August 1 listed in the union agreement.
