It depends on the operating unit Ground or Express, the specific job, package handler, seasonal delivery driver , line haul driver, if you're working for a Ground or HD contractor or the company or if you're working for the company but hired from a staffing agency. We need more specifics as to the area you're focusing on.

Why would a driver only show up for Peak? Most would rather leave for peak and come back when it's over. My guys know, work the 6 and get a nice holiday bonus (while getting paid for the extra day). Refuse and work 5 and don't be pissed when everyone else makes more at the end of the month.
