Pick a job - any job

This might be fun, if too personal, my apologies.

If you could pick any job at UPS besides the one you currently have, what would it be?

If you didn't work for UPS, what other job/career would you pursue?

I'd be CEO for a year, too.

Thing is, they'd want me to stay forever, cuz I'd have the stock well over $100.

It's true. I could do it within ONE year. I have a plan.....

In the UPS world I would like to be a Center Manager. What other job do you play clueless 99% of the time and get paid great money. Outside of the brown empire I think I would like to be a porn star. All of my ex girlfiends........ well I wont go there.......

I would work for the FBI, or CIA, or be a US Marshall.
Wish I had, it was my dream to be in law enforcement. My Husband says I am very nosy, and I have great intuition. I missed my calling.

I would have to say I would like to be one of the pigeons that fly inside out building and I would take great pride in my aim.
1. Aim high in "_____" (fill in the blank)
2. Get the big "______"
3. Keep you "_____" moving
4. Leave yourself an "______"
5. Make sure they "_____"you

All of these would be the five seeing habits from a pigeons point of view or aim. lol :w00t:

CEO of course would be great , just for the $ and to see what its like. But more realistically a pilot would be fun.

UPS, I’d be the building maintenance guy. Walk around and look at stuff. See something broken? Call a contractor to fix it.

Outside of UPS, I’d be a retired millionaire.

I'm a night person. While the rest of you are sleeping, I work. I have one part time job as a projectionist.
See, a movie doesn't come all on one big real. It comes on a few. So someone has to be there to switch the projectors at the exact moment that one reel ends and the next one begins. If you look for it, you can see these little dots come into the upper right-hand corner of the screen. In the industry, we call them "cigarette burns." That's the cue for a changeover. I flip the projectors, the movie keeps right on going, and nobody in the audience has any idea.
~Why would anyone want this **** job?~
Because it affords me other interesting opportunities.
Like splicing single frames of pornography into family films. So in the movie when the snooty cat and the courageous dog meet for the first time, thats when you can catch my contribution.-a single frame of smut- Nobody knows they saw it....but they saw it.

Chan,
Interesting topic. If I could choose any job my first inclination would to be a proffesional athlete. But there are drawbacks to that, ie: no private life and getting the hell beat out of you if you play football. So, I think I would like to be a sports radio talk show host. These guys really have the life. They get paid 6 figure salarys, talk about subjects they love, have media passes for all the local sporting events, and to top it all off, they get sent to spring training for 2 weeks in Febuary!

But back to the real world, I wouldn't mind working on a golf course cutting grass if finances were not an issue.

Recon, if I had my choice of jobs at UPS, I'd probably have to stay right where I am as a mechanic. Package car drivers, bust their butts day in day out, Supervisors have a thankless job, to much pressure from their peers, and work way to many hours doing 10 things at once, nonstop. District and regional managers travel way to much and are away from family too much.

Away from UPS, well, that would be easy. Professional Outdoorsmen, I think I could get used to a life of fishing and hunting, with no phones, no traffic and no CNN.

1. If I could pick any job at UPS, it'd be part-time supervisor. *flame on*

2. If I could pick any job outside of UPS, I'd like to be a teacher.
