they cannot fix the problem if they could they would, in 30 yrs it will be same or worse.

This company has the potential to be so much more profitable. It's a shame. They think all the profits will come from beating the drivers over the head to go faster and deliver more stops per hour. I think the profitability lies in working smarter not harder. However, the so called brains of the operation are to far out of touch with reality to make this happen.
