This morning I received an update from Jordan's mom about her progress. The following is clipped from her email:
Jordan is being admitted today to get ready for surgery tomorrow (Tuesday the 11th).
She is having her kidney removed which is where the tumor has shrunk to. Hopefully they will get all the tumor and then they will let us know if she has to do radiation or just continue her chemo for the rest of the year.
She is scared about the surgery and bummed that she will be in the hospital on her 11th birthday which is March 13th. Hopefully all will go smoothly and she will be released by Friday. Say a prayer for her tomorrow...
It would be great if we could send her some birthday greetings to let her know that we are sending good thoughts her way.
