At my center the post office will take stops if people get their mail there. Some of the post offices are only open for 4hrs and some of them are closed for 1 to 2 hrs for lunch.

Couple little towns on my route would love to have a building that swanky, those only stay open a couple hours a day and are a pain.

Do you mean can you dr a post office surepost package? Yes you can. If you are talking about dr'ing to a post office you are lying. Board won't let you do that.

Yes it does for some. It's our lowest form of service, I do it where I can, have been since sure post started. A lot of rural post offices close for lunch for few hours in the middle of the day.

I lived in a town that had a post office, grocery store, gas station, diner and an auto shop in a all-in-one building setup. Across the street was a liquor store that setup shop in the old church.
