post peak season helper question??? Preload+helping

There is a rumor going around that now that peak is over if they use any of us preloaders to help drivers the preloaders will be paid top-rate??

Anybody know if this is true?

That's the case in my center. I'm a little jealous of those helpers...

If it's true, it's regional. Here, they recognize Peak extends through the first two or three weeks of January and thus allow helpers at their normal rate.
