Please remove my account. This forum sucks.
Jackson’s 8.9 years of prior judicial experience is more than four of the justices currently on the court—Clarence Thomas, Chief Justice John Roberts, Elena Kagan, and Amy Coney Barrett—had combined. It's also more experience than 4 of the last 10 justices had at their confirmations, or 9 of the last 17, or 43 of the 58 appointed since 1900.
She sucks but you're too closed minded to see. Her record is garbage.
Crickets expected.

Because she was a criminal defense attorney? I haven't read enough about her yet to know.
“She’s only actually published a single decision as an appellate judge, and that came out in the last 24 hours,” George Washington University Law School professor Jonathan Turley said Friday during an appearance on Fox News, adding that it was “a win for unions against a change by federal agencies.”

“She has some opinions as a district court judge,” Turley noted. “They’re quite lengthy opinions. She has been reversed, and the D.C. Circuit [Court of Appeals] reversed her for basically judicial overreach in a couple of cases.”

she's black therefore she is qualified.

Senators will be afraid to grill her and be called a racist but the question to ask her is how does she feel about the fact that Biden said the only qualification she needed was the color of her skin.

I do like that as a starting point.
I would then ask her opinions or views on other black female jurists, kinda a compare contrast, a "why you not them type."

I'd burn the house down like the left did with Bork and Clarence Thomas.
That said I'd eat her ass alive, she will be confirmed in the end but the she will pay the price.

Our government tends to be all show and not much substance. She seems like a nice lady , I love how her daughter politiced to get her nominated as a child.
regardless of whether or not I agree with her candidacy or her politics which chances are i don't i think its disgusting that Biden put the stink eye on her by stating that he would only pick a black female as if nothing else including her qualifications mattered.

Understood,

I understand as well, her nomination has nothing to do with fidelity to the Constitution, there are black women, female black jurists, that have articulated a fidelity to the Constitution.
