Honest? Snopes failed to note China gave Penn more than $50 million after Penn opened the Biden office in Washington in 2018. By the way Biden left the VP office in early 2017 and yet that Penn office wasn't opened until 2018. So why were there classified documents there and where were they held between 2017 and 2018? At his home in Delaware?
