Did you suggest that to Obama too?You might want to read up on the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1965.

I've never spoken to Obama.Did you suggest that to Obama too?
The 1965 act prohibits discrimination based on religion or nationality, whether it be a minority or majority religion. Trump flat out said in an interview he will give preference to Christian refugees, so the intention of his executive order is not up for debate. Is giving preference to a persecuted minority (undefined and non specific) a bad thing?

He has some clever people surrounding him that tried to word this in a way that will get around the law. I don't think they succeeded, but only time will tell.
I disagree, but "preference" is also banned in the act.Preference is the opposite of discrimination.
Jesus Trump is incompetent. What a total clusterEXECUTIVE ORDER: PROTECTING THE NATION FROM FOREIGN TERRORIST ENTRY INTO THE UNITED STATES
In order to protect Americans, the United States must ensure that those admitted to this country do not bear hostile attitudes toward it and its founding principles. The United States cannot, and should not, admit those who do not support the Constitution, or those who would place violent ideologies over American law. In addition, the United States should not admit those who engage in acts of bigotry or hatred (including "honor" killings, other forms of violence against women, or the persecution of those who practice religions different from their own) or those who would oppress Americans of any race, gender, or sexual orientation.
Green card holders will not be blocked by Trump's order, Homeland Security says
Green card holders from one of the seven countries covered by the 90-day ban will still need to request a waiver to gain reentry to the U.S. if they have traveled abroad. But unless officials have "significant derogatory information" about a green card holder that indicates "a serious threat to public safety and welfare, lawful permanent resident status will be a dispositive factor" in deciding the case, Kelly's statement said.
And yet.... was out-maneuvered by a businessman with no experience.
It's making real conservatives uneasy as well, not to mention Republicans. The way it's making liberal heads explode it seems to be working very well.
It is good to have a president who calls out both sides. It's making real conservatives uneasy as well, not to mention Republicans.

so you suggest forecasting and broadcasting. that way terroist rush to get in."calls out"? What the hell are you even talking about?
We're talking about the constitution and legality of an executive order that was written and released without consulting with or informing the departments that would be responsible for executing it. He signed it and no one knew what the hell to do because it was written so poorly,
It's a totalshow.
