Remember this my fellow upsers. Check your contract. It says nothing about Production. They can send you a letter all they want. All the contract says is " A fair days pay for a fair days worked. " Nothing about Production. I've been riden with and threatened and received letters. I'm still here. You get paid by the HOUR!! As long as you keep working and your not stealing time. There is nothing they can do. No one in NorCal has be fired for it. As far as I know no one anywhere else has been fired anywhere else.
So let them Threaten me all they want. I just have to keep doing my job. It means nothing.
