Progression to top rate

So since I’m under the last contract and been driving full time as a driver for two years this August, would I still be on the four year progression if they were to change the progression to top rate say for example from four years to two years with the new contract?

Do they send you out with less work than your male counterparts?

You will be under what is better. I am at 3 years in full-time and if they drop it to 2 or 3 years for top scale. then I will be bumped up to top scale.

That would be total BS if they lower it to 2 years and some guy with a ton less seniority then me is going to making top scale before me.
