looking in the contract for it. Can’t find it. Just need the article number..
Not in there. It's a company policy that our weak Ass local allows the company to exploit against us.
Gets us to suspension days or the panel quicker.
Ahh ok. Makes sense why I couldn’t find it then
It’s in there keep looking.Warning letter, suspension and discharge Except for serious violations
Just got on an accident on October 18th. Have my 30 days in. What happens next? My boss wants me to be disqualified for a year and a warning letter. What is actually going to happen is my question.
Don't know what supplment you are. The real progressive discipline is that a warning letter must be issues before discharge unless if one the cardinal sins.
My boss wants me tobe disqualified for a year
Pretty much this
Do you think we are going to tell you it will be ok and nothing will happen. So you are qualified? If not, then byeeeE. If you are qualified, depending on what tier the collision is, depends on whether you stay or go.
They will make you a member of the safety committee or an on car sup
Details of the accident would be helpful.
Did you qualify as FTSP, RTD, seasonal or air driver?
Tell them you will go straight into management.
