I told my wife from day one we will set it up so you max out your 401k. Never miss it if it isn't there. Between her company match and profit sharing it's pretty much a 100% match.
You two will be in great shape in 30 years. A lot of wives aren't that agreeable at the whole "saving idea".

Annoy a liberal today. Hit them with facts.
It is the UPS/IBT 401(k) plan that doesn't have a lot of options, but has very low fees associated with it.
What options does it not have besides a company match.

I have money in the S&P 500, Russell 2000, Gov. Short Term, ETF's, Individual stocks and commodity funds.

What more options should we have there?
