PT Sup to full time driver

Hello all. I am a preload pt sup. been so for 8 years now. I am told I am next in line to be a driver by my FT Sup and center manager. I want to know if the pay is better and if its actually worth leaving management? I am scared of many of the drivers so I can't ask them.

Don't leave management. Benefits are better as well as pay. Who wants to be a whining piece of garbage truck driver?
