Q: Please tell us what leadership and being a leader means to you.
A: The biggest thing I look for in a leader is how they carry themselves – in good times and in bad times; when they’re speaking to a large audience, and when no one is watching. A true leader is the person who has a set of standards that they hold themselves more accountable to than anyone else would.
