question about rebidding a loop(s)

What would constitute the company or union to have all of the driver in a loop rebid within that loop or loops. Has this ever happen to any drivers at their center?

anyone else have any ideas about this one.
Don't quote me on this, but I think if a loop has been redrawn and the rtes have been changed over a certain percentage, any driver on a rte that has changed oveer that percentage has a right to take a different rte from driver w/ less seniority.

If 50% of the route is changed, the driver can bump a less senior driver. It's been happening in the Maple Grove, Mn bldg for about a year.

All Depends on which regional supplement you fall under. Guessing that you are covered under the western supplement. Since, "When a driver’s assigned delivery area is permanently changed by fifty percent (50%) or more of its delivery stops, said driver shall have the right to follow the major portion of the original delivery area. When more than one (1) driver’s delivery area is affected, those affected drivers shall be afforded the opportunity amongst themselves to bid the areas affected in accordance with their seniority."
