Questions for anyone who might know the answers

the answer is a combination of things. probably a mix because i don't interview well and i've jumped jobs in the past. but lets try and stay on topic here folks- anyone have definite answers for the first two questions posted?

The definite answers you are looking for will probably have to come from your union BA. Much of the contract differs from one conference to another, so what is true in the Southern may be totally backwards from the NW conf. Contact your Union Local.
