bottom line: february 2008 new bi-annual bid and language, everyone bids. in May 2008 UPS reworks and combines a bunch of jobs to eliminate jobs and also change the job functions (8 hour box humping instead of 1 easy/1 hard). Then people are unhappy because they were baid-and-switched by the union and UPS's side deal (unknown then that it was a side-deal)
