Did he steal money? No. Did he kill someone? No. He will be fine
Did he bring disrepute on the IBT?
Allegation 1: "Rome used his position to get friends/family hired." Nothing illegal about this. It happens in public/private sector in all Unions.
Did he bring disrepute upon the IBT?
Allegation 2: "Received Superbowl party tickets." He didn't use them. He asked for them. Again, nothing illegal about this.
Did he bring disrepute upon the IBT?
Allegation 3:" Aloise financed and coordinated an illegal campaign against members of Local 601 who ran for office against an Aloise ally." If he used Union funds and there is proof (paper trail), he can repay the amount and probably be temporarily suspended.
Did he bring disrepute upon the IBT?
Yes and nepotism is not illegal.
Did he bring disrepute upon the IBT? During negotiations? Would you defend OJ? Is this kind of behavior above reproach?

Yes he stole money.

He took money from a company to convince rank and file Teamsters to accept less in their contract negotiations.

That is stealing money that Teamsters should have got.

wide load

Starting wage is a waste of time.
Sounds like you are throwing crap against the wall to see what sticks.

This doesn't stick.
It's not crap, it's the absolute truth. Why does KP and TDU get a copy when neither have anything to do with Teamsters. Because TDU is a ponzi to eradicate organzed labor from within.
