I'm hitting top rate in 6 months. Is the August 1st bump in pay applied, or do I miss it because I wasn't top rate at that time?

I've seen the language everyone is posting, but that same language is in the current contract and I never received the raises.

You didn't obtain seniority by Aug 1 2018, that's why.

You aren't the only one. I had a young, very good, very smart driver going into his 3rd raise bring it up to me today. He thought he had some backpay coming.

Current 3 year 22.4 converting to RPCD after Aug 1, gets the raise plus new progression rate or just the minimum progression rate?

I don't see any changes in the language either. Then people saying everyone gets a raise??? Much confusion as we have shop stewards giving conflicting answers.
I never received any contractual raises. Only the progression raises. But since I was "red-circled", I didn't receive anything because my rate was higher than the progression rates.

Seniority obtained means passed the probation correct?

Yes, once you pass the packet/30 days. You gain seniority and should be assigned as the first day you started your packet
