on the other hand corporations have had record profits for i forget how many decades now.

I saved and gave up a lot of luxuries, making 14 an hour. Chased OT whenever it was available.

I got at least 12 months without a paycheck before I'll have any issues.

i stopped walking the dog in high density areas.

skiing season was cut short.

ive been laid off since saturday and im not sure it had anything to do with the virus, but maybe.

i think our hospital system is ill prepared.

yea because i lived with my parents i have probably more than a year of income saved to weather a crisis.

i prefer to be laid off. im collecting EI and doing school. its been wonderful.

and yea everyone is to blame less than me. as ive posted on the forum before, we did not engage with our govt or corporations and thought we were doing a wonderful job just going to work and paying our taxes and what do we have now: DISASTER.

Plenty of people making low wages have money saved, and plenty of people making a ton of money don't have anything saved.

no theres not plenty of poor people with money saved. alot of americans dont have any money saved or very little.
