We've had multiple people transfer in the past 6 months. Seems like Workday works in some locations and not in others.

Oh it works, there are two "career" areas in workday. One is more geared toward corporate etc..
so yes it works, but it is a PITA to navigate, unless you know exactly where you want to transfer, you can't get a decent listing, the interface is slow and cumbersome... Luckily our Stellar CSA staff has figured out how to print the listings for us weekly.
