With very little time left to file or be heard. Think it's pretty much over. The cheaters have prospered.I never bought into the standing prerequisite although I thought they would hear it and then rule no standing.
I think this twist leaves the argument open for future lawsuits.
The election does have a bad smell about it but I still say that the Repugs knew about these irregularities before November 3rd and did not proactively file lawsuits. With very little time left to file or be heard. Think it's pretty much over. The cheaters have prospered.
The problem there was they mostly lacked standing to sue before the election. And afterwards it is pretty much too late. The election does have a bad smell about it but I still say that the Repugs knew about these irregularities before November 3rd and did not proactively file lawsuits.
After the fact (election) lawsuits really lessen the probability of any relief from the election results.
To reject a bunch of slackers that waited until 'after the fact' to do anything. The SCOTUS is either bought and paid for or they really didn't want to hassle with it.
What are we paying those people for?
To reject a bunch of slackers that waited until 'after the fact' to do anything.
Who knows ... but it is easier to prevent something than correct a result.....as if doing it "before the fact" would have made any difference?
Or the even more incredibly stupid and idiotic 'Russian Collusion against Trump' ...The most surprising thing (to me) is that anyone really believed all this made-up nonsense. I think it's gonna probably going to hang around for a while kind of like that whole thing with Obama's birth certificate, and the idea that Biden "stole the election" will always be an article of faith with the same nutjobs who still think Obama is a secret Muslim. The rest of the country can move on.
As usual you don't understand what is being discussed. The thing that has a bad smell about it is that the republicans are disingenuous. The ONLY place the election could have been flawed or a fraud is in states that Biden won? C’mon man. How sad is that? That’s just pathetic. It’s almost like they don’t really care about cheating or fraud or election integrity. All they care about is winning. And if winning meant getting millions of votes tossed just because of the counties they wer in, that’s what they’re all about.
Sure seems like the the SCOTUS doesn’t think much of that conversation. Are you sure that’s the conversation? As usual you don't understand what is being discussed.
The conversation is about where election laws were circumscribed and /or overwritten by Secretaries of State, Governors or State courts.
How many different ways do you want to lose?Of more immediate importance is whether Republicans are going to take the state of Georgia to court to make the election officers and boards conform to the laws of the state of Georgia.
If the dumb butt Republicans in Georgia just sit on their asses and wait until after January 5th, then Socialism to be implemented by Washington, DC is deserved.
I didn’t lose ... whatcha talking about? How many different ways do you want to lose?
Right, because we all know the Dems did everything by the book and there was absolutely no fraud. The thing that has a bad smell about it is that the republicans are disingenuous. The only one I ever heard that made any sense to go to the SCOTUS.Sure seems like the the SCOTUS doesn’t think much of that conversation. Are you sure that’s the conversation?
