REJECTED!

Of more immediate importance is whether Republicans are going to take the state of Georgia to court to make the election officers and boards conform to the laws of the state of Georgia.
If the dumb butt Republicans in Georgia just sit on their asses and wait until after January 5th, then Socialism to be implemented by Washington, DC is deserved.
No, for the rest of us it's not deserved.

Absolutely! What's funny is after covering for Biden with his son's laptop scandal and all of the folks here saying it's Russian disinformation, blah, blah, the MSM are now starting to say there's something to the Biden's selling influence after all. Why it's almost as if they're laying the groundwork to eventually remove Biden and install Harris.

It's inevitable that the white trash family will get in the white house . President Trump's effort to get corruption out of Washington was not going to be accepted and now the corrupt is back in the White House . The funny thing is that these so called leftist rich people are not liking how the democratic cities are run with high taxes and crime to so they're leaving to go south . Typical Hippocrates !!!

Right, because we all know the Dems did everything by the book and there was absolutely no fraud.
Right now the GOP congressmen in the 4 states who were being sued who sign onto the law suit are breathing sighs of relief because as was pointed out by the Michigan and Pa AG's if the suit had prevailed they would have invalidated their own election. In addition in future elections Pa and Michigan could sue Texas if it simply "felt" that it had been injured by Texas because the Texas suit was based on the fact that it simply FELT that it had been harmed by the 4 swing states.

Just as other GOP lawsuits were based on the plaintiffs having simply felt or believed that fraud had been committed on a scale that would alter the outcome of the election. And when called upon by the court to present their evidence they offered nothing.

Trump's blatant attempt to steal the election may very well serve to embolden the DOJ and it's new AG will be free to do so with no interference from the Biden administration. And yes I want to see Hunter Biden have to answer any charges resulting from the ongoing investigation.

The election does have a bad smell about it but I still say that the Repugs knew about these irregularities before November 3rd and did not proactively file lawsuits.
After the fact (election) lawsuits really lessen the probability of any relief from the election results.

how do you file a lawsuit on a crime that has not happened yet.

The thing that has a bad smell about it is that the republicans are disingenuous. The ONLY place the election could have been flawed or a fraud is in states that Biden won?

nope no challenge in california or any of the godforsaken lib states in the northeast. Specific states with a high amount of documented sworn to irregularities.

I guess illegal activity is ok as long as no one was proactive enough to prevent it.

Trump's blatant attempt to steal back the stolen election may very well serve to embolden the DOJ and it's new AG will be free to do so with no interference from the Biden administration. And yes I want to see Hunter Biden have to answer any charges resulting from the ongoing investigation.
fixed it for you , I'm sure trump does not need to do anything special to embolden the libs.

Naw, no feelings involved. These states violated their own constitutions, allowing the democrats to steal the election from the other states. If Texas were so sloppy to allow such clearly illegal activity in their own elections that affect other states, they should sue as well.

That’s kinda the line of succession. As they say, elections have consequences.

I guess when you challenge it in court before the election and the court upholds what you’ve challenged, well that kinda makes it legal.

This happened where? There were friendly lawsuits filed by the League of Women Voters and the Democrat Party against the SOS of various states to get them to change election rules. The court usurped the power reserved for the House of Representatives in those states. If those actions were legal by any stretch of the imagination, they were certainly unconstitutional.

I conceal carry and have short-barrel shotguns place strategically around the house.
Make sure you've got one of them attached to a swivel bolted to the bottom of your bed so you can drop down for it and take out any bad guys in the doorway. Denzel Washington made that look super cool in Training Day.

Well that’s simply not true you want to claim that “...court usurped the power...” but that’s an opinion not supported by higher courts. So you would like your opinion to override judicial process because you don’t like the finding. That’s not how it works. And if it is unconstitutional, well, I’d say we’ll wait and see what the SCOTUS says, but they’ve made their opinion emphatically clear.
