The lawsuit that was being presented was a constitutional issue and that's what the Supreme Court is there to determine . No. It is not at all clear. What you are saying is completely unconstitutional in nature. Whether you or I agree with any ruling by the SCOTUS doesn’t matter. Their interpretation on cases that come before them and the merits of those cases ultimately decides constitutionality. That is foundational to this country and without that simple fact, the one you bemoan and despise, then our republic truly would be at risk. This isn’t difficult.
