star wars is not about good and evil although some characters think people are either all good or all evil.

The bible ultimately has as it's main theme "Jesus in our place". The Old Testament is an historical account of the events that lead up to the birth of Jesus and the prophecies of His arrival. The New Testament is the story of Jesus' life and ministry on earth and fulfilling the prophecy of coming to die for our sins. Most of the rest of the NT is about the Great Commission of the disciples after his death and resurrection. It is also used as a guide to how to lead the best life for salvation and the walk with Christ pursued afterward.
Now I suppose you could better explain Star Wars

it shows how to do a non violent revolution. this guy goes from not really knowing much, gets radicalized to fight against hte mostly evil tech empire, and then learns about the nature of reality in the course of it.

That’s fine. You keep on believing that. People have been trying to do everything they can to keep Jesus in that grave. He was killed, buried, and the was resurrected on the third day. If you and the president of France want to make your own definition of the word then go for it. It’s not the resurrection I’m speaking of

@tourists24 I saw this video and thought of you and your daughter. I don’t know how you feel about the pope, and you may disagree with him or what he says here, but I hope it’s possible it gives you even the smallest amount of hope, because I believe it to be true

thx for thinking of me in this way. I’m not Catholic so my feelings about the Pope isn’t the same as the Catholics treat him, but I feel he had a kind heart the way that Mother Teresa did. I do exactly what he says for the boy to do. I pray about it all the time.
