Ok, I'm probably the last one to notice this.....
When you post, on the left side is your name, posts and rep. power. There are little squares of green, red, gray....
If you point (not click) your arrow on the colored box, there's a little phrase that comes up. Who writes those phrases?? Did anyone else ever notice them?
