Which still puts him ahead of the other guy. The OP's company seniority is 1999; his 'new' building seniority is 2006; the guy working ahead of him has company/building seniority of 2009.
I guess this will equal it out, then. Our 'air driver' is working over senior people and the labor sup and union won't let the higher seniority people grieve.
