I don't wanna play the female card -- I just wanna be called into work as much as the guys.

Pre-Loaders at my warehouse are texted and/or called in to work (or not) every weekday morning by a Part-time Supervisor.
Our starting time changes every single day.
It's a pain.

What kind of mickey mouse sheet is this? For PTers the start time should be posted the day before, and if you’re laid off for the week they need to let you know the Friday before. Otherwise, you’re guaranteed 3.5 hours unless you choose to take a day off.
