But it has caused some managers their positions. So yeah, someone is listening.
I've never seen a manager lose their job over a low SFA, but the critical ones get to go to Re-Education Camp, and are probably on the MEM radar. At least to me, the SFA is a useless anachronism that should just go away because it's only a measure of our interest in going union, and Fred has that one in a hammerlock.
Besides, whatever numbers they release are pure garbage anyways. If they want to, they can report that we still love Fred, FedEx, and all of our "industry-leading" benefits so we can get on the Forbes list or some other forom of PR fluff that FedEx can crow about.
This year, nobody should take it. That way, whatever they release will finally be realized as pure BS because if there were no participants, there could be no results.
